"I was really thrilled to work with my tutor on my reading. I'm much more confident at work now."

Whether you want to feel more confident at work, improve your communication skills, or take the next step in your career, our Workplace Literacy Pathways programme can help. We provide personalised learning in a supportive environment and match you with a tutor who understands your goals and learning needs.

In this programme, you can:

  • Improve your reading, writing, and communication skills

  • Set personal learning goals and work towards them at your own pace

  • Build confidence with workplace maths and numeracy

  • Develop your computer and digital skills

  • Contribute more confidently in meetings and workplace discussions

  • Learn how to write reports, emails, and other workplace documents
